She’s a legend, a national treasure, and I’m pretty sure she could probably charm a snake into giving her its lunch. Or at least, yell at it until it runs away. Either way, she’s going to be an absolute force to be reckoned with.

And speaking of forces, we’ve got Richard Reid! He’s the king of celebrity gossip, the man who knows all the dirt. I can just picture him now, perched on a log, whispering juicy tidbits about who’s secretly stealing all the rations. The only problem is, in the jungle, the only dirt he’ll be dealing with is actual dirt. Unless he can find a particularly chatty cockroach. Stranger things have happened, right?

Now, let’s dive into some of the more… intriguing selections. We have Ellie Dixon, who you might know as the girlfriend of one of the Bachelor contestants. Look, bless her heart, she’s going into the jungle to forge her own path, and that’s admirable. Just hoping she doesn’t spend her jungle time talking about her boyfriend’s dating history. Though, let’s be honest, that would be way more entertaining than some of the other potential conversations.

Then there's the surprise package, the one who makes you go, "Wait, who?" That’s Drew Lachey. Yes, the Drew Lachey from 98 Degrees. Australia, have you been living under a rock? This man was a pop sensation. He’s probably got more smooth dance moves than he has fear of a possum. Will he break out into song while eating a witchetty grub? I sincerely hope so. And let’s not forget Hayden Gordon. You might recognise him from Home and Away, that quintessential Australian soap where everyone has a dramatic storyline and suspiciously good hair.
